Si prega di notare, ci sono 281 automobili sotto sequestro da parte del governo italiano. Una volta che il pagamento del prezzo di acquisto è accreditato sul conto speciale tenuto dal Comissario staordinario, poi il lotto in questione sarà rilasciato dal sequestro. Poiché questo processo è stato intrapreso dalle autorità italiane, il lasso di tempo regolari per il rilascio e la raccolta di questi lotti può essere più lungo di quello che è di serie. RM Sotheby assisterà in tutti i modi per accelerare questo processo; tuttavia, non può essere ritenuta responsabile per ritardi.
Si prega di notare, ci sono 71 automobili che sono venduti con addendi come 'Title in transito'. RM Sotheby ha applicato per ottenere i duplicati del libretto originale italiano. Tali documenti dovrebbero essere ricevuti fino a 8 settimane dopo la data dell'asta. Crediamo che molti di questi siano disponibili prima. Una volta ricevuto, il team di gestione di RM Sotheby gestirà titolo riassegnazione e in avanti a nuovi acquirenti.

Best regards, The RM Sotheby’s Team Important Addendum to the Bidders’ Conditions of Business (read here) RM Sotheby’s was awarded the right to sell the items being offered in the Duemila Route Sale through a competitive tender process overseen by the Italian Ministry of the Economic Development. It is very important that Bidders read and understand the Addendum to the Bidders’ Conditions of Business (read here), as the Addendum affects the following important areas: Buyers’ Premium and VAT Clarification Unique Circumstances of the Duemila Ruote Sale Registration Process Delivery of Lots to Buyers Invoicing Requirements Payment Methods Importing Lots to Countries Outside of Italy Please note, there are 281 motor cars under seizure by the Italian Government. Once the payment of the purchase price is credited to the special account held by the Comissario Staordinario, then the relevant lot will be released from seizure. As this process is being undertaken by Italian authorities, the regular time frame for release and collection of these lots may be longer than what is standard. RM Sotheby’s will assist in every way to expedite this process; however, it cannot be held responsible for delays. Please note, there are 71 motor cars being sold with addenda as ‘Title in Transit’. RM Sotheby’s has applied to obtain duplicates of the original Italian Libretto. These documents are expected to be received up to 8 weeks following the auction date. We believe many of these to be available sooner. Once received, RM Sotheby’s Administration team will manage title reassignment and forward on to new buyers. Please note, 75 original Italian Libretto have recently been received. These corresponding lots have now been updated on rmsothebys.com. Please note, 116 nostalgia lots will be subject to VAT on the final purchase price (both hammer price and commission) at 22%. Admission to Fiera Milano Access to the auction preview will be complimentary on Thursday, 24 November. Beginning Friday, 25 November, admission will be available by purchasing a ticket to Milano AutoClassica (€18). Boats on Display at Fiera Milano Please note, only the following boats will be displayed onsite at Fiera Milano in Milan: Lots 430, 432, 436, 437, 442, 443, 445, 705, 722, 723, and 724. All remaining boats will remain at the collection in Treviso, Italy. Post-sale Requirements for Vehicle Documentation RM Sotheby’s aims to make the transition of ownership as seamless as possible; however, we advise you to contact your local vehicle licencing department and/or independent service provider for advice on registration requirements in your preferred country of registration. It is advisable that you inform your local motor vehicle license department and/or independent service provider of the Bidders’ Conditions of Business and its Addendum. Please note that as a condition to bid at auction, the Bidder undertakes all responsibility for registration and post-sale vehicle documentation, and RM will be held harmless from the Bidder for any and all costs incurred by the Bidder to register motor vehicles or lots. In some cases, the Italian Libretto for road-eligible cars is missing, and as such, these motor cars will be sold as ‘Bill of Sale’ only. Please be aware that non-EU buyers must obtain a duplicate Libretto at their own expense before being able to export the car. For those lots sold with an Italian Libretto and leaving Italy, a document fee of €250 (including VAT) will be added to your Bill of Sale. For those lots sold with an Italian Libretto which will remain in Italy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange the Voltura (transfer of registration) with their preferred agency. E quella griglia di acciaio per selettore marce manuale ? pensate che negli ultimi due mesi c'è stata una sola sera in cui non l'ho sognata ........
di norma mi sveglio verso le 3:58 del mattino , tutto sudato , con l'incubo della grattata dalla quarta alla terza nella staccata della "Bucine" al Mugello

Quindi praticamente non puoi ritirare l'auto subito dopo l'asta, addirittura possono volerci 8 settimane se non di più. Non penso proprio che Menabue ti tenga l'auto gratuitamente tutto quel tempo. Qualche d'uno ha provato a chiamare?

Tra l'altro alcune auto risultano con libretto sulla lista online e senza sul catalogo. Sarà che la lista online è aggiornata ed il catalogo no? speriamo che in sala specifichino bene quali auto hanno il libretto e quali no.

Il catalogo, quello che hanno spedito per capirci, non è aggiornato, sul sito dove ci sono le foto dei vari modelli trovi tutto aggiornato.
